CDEA welcomes Bishop Thomas Odom as President-Elect

Child Development Education Alliance is thrilled to announce the appointment of Bishop Thomas Odom as our President-Elect. This is a noteworthy occasion for early education and the ministries we serve.

During the CGACS (Church of God Association of Christian Schools) Educators Conference on October 2, 2026, Donna Thornton‑Roberts (Treasurer, Past President) and Susan Cyr (President) formally announced the leadership transition.  Their presentation included a symbolic passing of the baton to Bishop Thomas Odom — a memorable moment for both organizations.
